What we do
- Plot study: zone, access road, setbacks and the built-up area allowed on your land.
- Design: warehouse layout, racking and dock planning, truck movement, 3D views, architectural and structural drawings for PEB or RCC.
- Building permission and liaison: plan approval with MIDC, PMRDA, PMC or PCMC depending on location, fire NOC coordination and follow-up until sanction.
- Turnkey construction: earthwork, RCC foundations, PEB steel structure or RCC frame, roofing and cladding, industrial flooring, shutters and docks, electrical, drainage, internal roads and compound wall.
- Project management: single point of contact, item-wise billing and regular site photo updates until handover.

- Free plot check and requirement discussion (size, height, floor load, docks, use).
- Concept layout and item-wise budget estimate.

- Completion, handover and occupancy / completion certificate follow-up.

Do you take only part of the work?
Yes. You can hire us for design only, permission and liaison only, construction only, or the complete turnkey package.
What is the cost of a 10,000 sq ft warehouse?
At ₹800 – ₹2,200+ per sq ft depending on scope, roughly ₹80 lakh to ₹2.2 crore for the building, excluding approvals and authority charges. A site visit is needed for an exact figure.
PEB or RCC – which should I choose?
PEB is usually faster and more economical for single-storey warehouses with large clear spans. RCC suits multi-storey or very heavy-load buildings. We compare both for your use before design.
